A funnel chart shows how many people make it through each step of a process, like visit, sign up, activate and pay, so the narrowing between steps reveals where you lose them. It's the standard way to report a conversion funnel, a sales pipeline or a marketing funnel.
Lightchart's funnel chart maker comes in two styles. Funnel Bars draws one bar per step, with the step conversion rate between bars and the drop-off shown behind each one. Flow Funnel draws the journey as a single narrowing band. Steps always stay in the order you entered them.

How do I show the conversion rate between steps?
Turn on Show Step Conversion. Each pill shows the share of the previous step that made it through, and Highlight Biggest Drop marks the step that loses the most people.
Can I sort the funnel steps?
No, on purpose. A funnel's steps follow the order of the journey, so Lightchart keeps them in the order you entered them.
